I'm Amy Salley. I've spent more than 13 years in real estate, training agents within our brokerage and helping them build successful careers. As a certified eXp Realty Mentor, I've seen how much clearer the transition becomes when an agent knows what to expect—and knows who is responsible for supporting them.
I created The Sponsor Connection to help agents slow down, understand their choices, and meet sponsors whose support genuinely fits. My role is to guide the process, help create a smooth transition to eXp, and make a warm introduction to the primary sponsor you select.
