Amy Salley serves as the primary sponsor for agents who join eXp Realty through The Sponsor Connection, and pairs each agent with a co-sponsor from this network whose experience, culture, and specialty genuinely fit their niche. Before you apply, here is what the network is, how applications are reviewed, and what to expect.
Sponsor Connection is not a directory where any sponsor can create a listing automatically. Every organization that applies is personally reviewed before being added to the network and considered as a co-sponsor match for agents. We built it this way so agents joining eXp Realty with Amy as their primary sponsor can trust that the co-sponsor profiles they see reflect a genuine, vetted support system, and so participating co-sponsors are part of a group that takes agent support seriously.
What we review
How long you have supported agents at eXp Realty and the outcomes agents in your organization have experienced.
How accessible you and your team genuinely are to the agents you sponsor, not just at the start, but on an ongoing basis.
The structure, consistency, and quality of the training and coaching you provide.
The tools, technology, and systems available to support an agent's business, beyond what eXp itself provides.
The markets and states where you are actively able to support agents.
Whether what you offer agents in conversation matches what they actually receive after joining.
Approved co-sponsors are paired with agents who are joining eXp Realty with Amy as their primary sponsor and who appear compatible with their experience, culture, and support model. Rather than searching broadly for prospective agents, participating co-sponsors meet people who have already taken time to think through what they are looking for, which tends to make for a more genuine first conversation.
Once approved, your organization's profile appears on our public sponsor map, where agents can learn about your experience and support model before reaching out.
Not every application is approved, and approval does not guarantee that you will be paired with a specific agent, or with any agents at all. Each application is reviewed individually, and co-sponsor pairings are based on genuine compatibility between an agent's niche and goals and a co-sponsor's experience, culture, and support model, not on a first come basis.
What to expect
Amy personally reviews your submitted information, including your experience, training, coaching, resources, and the markets you serve.
If anything needs clarification, we may reach out directly with a few questions before a decision is made.
You will be notified whether your organization has been approved to join the network.
Once approved, your organization's profile is added to our sponsor map so agents can learn about you.
Your organization becomes eligible to be paired as a co-sponsor with compatible agents going forward.
There is no cost to apply to Sponsor Connection's co-sponsor network, and no cost to participate as an approved co-sponsor.
