I created The Sponsor Connection to help agents slow down, understand their choices, and build a stronger support system from day one. As your primary sponsor, I guide your transition to eXp personally, and help pair you with a co-sponsor whose specialty matches your niche and how you want to focus your business.

How sponsorship works
When you join eXp Realty through The Sponsor Connection, Amy serves as your primary sponsor, guiding your decision, your transition, and your first steps at eXp. From there, she pairs you with a co-sponsor from her vetted network whose specialty matches your niche and how you want to build your business.
eXp Realty allows an incoming agent to select both a primary sponsor and a co-sponsor. With Amy as your primary sponsor, you get her direct mentorship and a smooth transition into eXp from day one. The co-sponsor she matches you with adds deeper, specialized support in the specific area you want to grow.
This gives you the benefit of two leaders, two areas of expertise and two support networks working together to help you succeed.
You will also receive access to the coaching, training and resources available throughout Amy and Kevin’s organization and their extended upline.
There is no additional charge for your co-sponsor match. The coaching and leadership resources provided through this support network are available to agents who join the organization at no additional cost. Many comparable coaching programs inside and outside of eXp charge separately for this type of access.
